We are a Czech company with 30 years of tradition. Our speciality is serial machining of casting, forgings and blanks. Thanks to our various sub-suppliers, not only do we machine, but we also provide our customers with complex service, including material supply, surface treatment and transport. During the designing, simulation and optimization of the production process, we use highly sophisticated quality control system.

All technological steps CAD, CAM and Inspection are being taken in the environment of the Siemens NX software.
Based on customer´s drawing or data, we create a 3D model, which is the foundation of the whole technological and control process.
From the 3D model we create our own 2D drawing that is initial for the production and control process.
The next step in setting up the technological process and programmes for our productive devices.
In accordance with the chosen technology, clamping and supporting jigs are made.
Before the production itself, the control of technological process preparation takes place in the environment of the NX software.
In the 2D drawing, identification (ID/balloon) is automatically created for all dimensions and data.
The whole control process of the product is conducted by the software and measuring instruments of the company Mitutoyo (MCOSMOS / FORMPAK / MEASURLINK).
Based on the generated ID/balloons in the 2D drawing, the control plan in automatically designed. This plan sets the methods and technology of measuring.
The measuring for CMM is being programmed offline based on 3D model and 2D drawing.
Other means of measuring (caliper, caliber, roughness, contour, etc.) are available on various measuring stations.
The next step is the measuring itself in given order and by chosen technologies.
It goes without saying that instant evaluation of process capability, all controlled parameters and statistics (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) follow.
The protocol of all measuring stations is automatically generated, saved to the database and includes all measurements and data stated in the 2D drawing.
